NHRA Ron Capps

Funny car driver Ron Capps is joining us again this year on June 1^st.  Established in 2021, Ron Capps Motorsports is a single-car NHRA Funny Car team owned and operated by the reigning three-time world champion!!   He’s the second-winningest Funny Car pilot in NHRA history with 72 wins in the category.  His 73 overall wins (1 Top Fuel) rank sixth amongst the NHRA’s four premier classes.  The 2023 NHRA season marks Capps’ 29^th year competing in the sport’s professional ranks.  With his support from NAPA Auto Parts, Toyota and GearWrench, we also receive support for our Car Shows!!  NAPA Auto Parts and GearWrench donated a toolbox valued over $1000 for us to give away to our car show enthusiasts.  Every Tuesday car show the local NAPA Biddeford Auto Parts Store donates a bucket filled with car cleaning supplies and accessories.

Ron visited last year on his “Wingin’ it with Ron” tour and after tasting a variety of wings all over the country, he picked ours as his favorite!!
